CAPPING UNIT
Machine for capping glass and PET bottles
All versions are fully made of stainless steel. Materials used and implemented technical solutions guarantee maximum efficiency and duration of each individual part. Built-in pneumatic and mechanical components are made by the world famous manufacturers to ensure the supreme quality. Cap flow is provided by using centrifugal basket for caps of appropriate structure depending on the type of cap and the required speed of operation. Downloading channel and the appropriate head for cap distribution are fastened by sized structure to the central pillar of the capping column, which allows adjusting the height during the format changes. When PET bottles are filled, an over-star is applied on the plastic star equipped with bottle neck carriers and that prevents crushing of bottles during the capping phase.
Magnetic head for capping
Thanks to the magnetic head the capping does not depend on any mechanical operation or any surface friction necessary to control the twisting, and that allows unlimited usage. Twisting force is easily adjusted from the outside of the head without the need to remove any part. Head for capping incorporates mechanical grippers for caps and can be used on caps with the feeding system.
Threaded head for aluminum cap
Thanks to its robust design, capping units with threaded head and with separate handles achieve perfect capping of all types of glass, metal or plastic containers. The head can be designed to use the system “no cap – no capping” which prevents any damage to the neck of the bottle.
