PREMIX
Premix is an automatic device intended for the production of carbonated beverages with a capacity of 3.000 to 30.000 l/h.
All parts in contact with product are made of stainless steel or of materials suitable for the use in the food industry.
Component parts of the device are:
section for de-aeration in which the air is removed from the atomized water, section for saturation where the absorption of CO2 is made in previously de-aerated water, section for syrup, section for dosing and mixing water and syrup, section for storage of finalized product.
