PASTEURIZER
PASTEURIZER – has a capacity of 500 – 50,000 l/h for the treatment of products that have low to medium density such as: milk cream, beer, vine, fruit juices without pulp and syrups. “Zigzag” flow of liquid and inner shape of the plates, produce high turbulence that provides fast heat exchange. The principle of counter-flow provides the heat recovery of over 90% and therefore low consumption of steam and cooling water. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel or of materials suitable for the use in food industry.

Contact level tank and centrifugal electric pump; plate heat exchanger – water or steam heating section; recovery section; cold water section; piping hold-up of pasteurized product; three-way valve for diverting the flow of unpasteurized product, modulating valve for the change of hot water flow; supporting structure; power supply kit;
