THREEBLOCK
Designed in the form of mono-blocks, that combines the work of three automatic machines for rinsing, filling and capping of bottles. Bottle used for filling are first disinfected and rinsed, then are transferred by using the conveyer system to the filler where are filled with product and then are conveyed to the capping unit where the caps (corks) are applied. Thus, these three blocks make the entire bottling system. The work of the machine is fully automated with the possibility of control via PLC, so that interventions of the operator in the operation and maintenance are minimal and fully safe from the aspect of safety at work.
Furthermore it is important to note that the machine is completely made of certified materials approved for use in the food industry. Working area of the three-block is fully protected by protection made of tempered glass and equipped with laminar filter which by introducing sterile air ensures complete sanitary safety in the filling zone.
